For the past year, we — Patrick Singson and Chris Boyer — have been defending ourselves against a civil lawsuit filed by our former employer. We believe that no company can lay claim to standard SEO (search engine optimization) techniques as “trade secrets” and that bloggers have intellectual property rights.

We also believe that companies should not use civil litigation to bully and force individuals to submit to their will and prevent them from working freely in their professions. We would like our side to be heard, but we need the support of others for this to happen.

Defending ourselves against a corporate entity is very expensive! Realizing that only those with large bank accounts and corporate lawyers receive justice, we ask for your help.
